Special Torch-On Gutters surround the roof perimeter

This gutter system employs torch-on roofing. This system comprised of two layers of membrane; base 180 & 250 granulated cap membrane. The granulation provides UV protection.

Custom Roll Formed metal standing seam

Standing seam design eliminates any exposed punctures through the roofing material. This greatly reduces risk of rain leaking through. The result is a seamless looking roof.
